Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Orbiz Creativez Pvt. Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the gifting industry and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company.
