Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Area Sales Manager to join our team at Orbiz Creativez Pvt. Ltd. in Malappuram. As an integral part of our sales team, you will drive our business development efforts across designated territories. The role requires a maximum of 6 years of experience, focusing on crafting sales strategies and managing customer relationships. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales strategy expertise to develop and implement effective plans to achieve company sales objectives (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in team management with the ability to lead, mentor, and guide sales professionals towards achieving targets.
- Strong market analysis skills to identify opportunities and challenges in the market landscape and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills to maintain and expand client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Effective negotiation skills to secure deals while maintaining customer and company interests.
- Ability to forecast sales trends and outcomes for strategic planning and stock control.
- Business development acumen to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities for the company.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas and information clearly and effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned area.
- Manage and motivate the sales team by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing training as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high-level customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure profitable agreements and partnerships.
- Utilize data to accurately forecast future sales and trends to aid in inventory and financial planning.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for expanding the company's market presence.
