Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Australian Accountant. As an Australian Accountant, you will be responsible for handling the accounting and financial activities for our clients based in Australia. This is a full-time position located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate will have less than 1 year of experience in Australian accounting practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Australian accounting principles and regulations
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for our Australian clients
• Manage accounts payable and receivable by processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Assist with tax compliance, including preparing and submitting BAS and GST returns
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to clients to support their decision-making process
• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
