We are looking for Telesales Executive to Join our Team!!

Location: Mohali


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential franchise partners through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads.


Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls

  • Make outbound calls to potential franchisees, introducing them to the franchise opportunity and gauging their interest.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, addressing potential franchisees’ questions, and providing relevant information on franchise benefits, requirements, and processes.


Sales Presentations and Information Sharing

  • Provide a detailed overview of the company’s franchise model, benefits, investment requirements, and support provided.
  • Use persuasive communication and active listening skills to build rapport and understand the prospect's needs and interests.


Lead Nurturing and Relationship Building

  • Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout their decision-making process, addressing any concerns or objections that may arise.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, legal) to ensure potential franchisees receive necessary information and support.


Record-Keeping and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress with prospects using the company’s CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on sales targets, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.


Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in telesales, outbound sales, or customer service, preferably within a franchise, real estate, or retail industry.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Persuasive selling techniques and an understanding of franchising principles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
