Note: 90% Traveling required

Looking for Male candidates with all rounder experience in Hair, Nail, Makeup, Skin

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit and Compliance:

• Conduct audits of cosmetology programs, training centers, and salons to ensure compliance with industry standards, company protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assess adherence to hygiene, safety, and service delivery standards.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain records of audits and ensure timely submission of reports to relevant stakeholders.

1. Training and Guidance:

• Provide feedback and recommendations to cosmetology teams to enhance service quality and compliance.
• Train staff on updated procedures, best practices, and compliance requirements as needed.

1. Process Improvement:

• Identify gaps in operations and suggest actionable improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.

1. Regulatory Awareness:

• Stay updated on cosmetology industry regulations, certifications, and best practices.
• Ensure that all procedures meet legal and professional standards.

1. Field Visits:

• Conduct regular on-site visits to assess the operational and procedural adherence of cosmetology units.
