Job Title: Regional Franchise Sales Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat


Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting for New Franchise Partners:

  • Actively source and identify potential franchise partners in the region through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to attract new franchise inquiries, leveraging both digital and offline channels.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospective franchisees and regularly update the lead database.

Nurturing Leads and Building Relationships:

  • Engage with potential franchise partners to understand their business goals and align them with the brand's offerings.
  • Provide comprehensive information on the franchise model, investment requirements, and potential ROI to prospective franchisees.
  • Organize and conduct discovery meetings, webinars, and presentations to showcase the benefits of partnering with the brand.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective partners by offering guidance, addressing concerns, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Shortlisting & Evaluating Prospects:

  • Assess the qualifications, financial background, and business experience of potential franchise partners to determine their suitability.
  • Conduct initial evaluations of prospective franchisees’ locations and markets to ensure alignment with the brand’s growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all shortlisted prospects meet the brand’s criteria and have the potential for long-term success.

Closing Franchise Agreements:

  • Lead negotiations and discussions to finalize franchise agreements, ensuring clarity on expectations, terms, and conditions.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from the initial inquiry to the finalization of the franchise agreement.

Franchise Partner Onboarding Support:

  • Provide guidance to new franchise partners during the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully prepared for a successful launch.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., marketing, training) to facilitate a smooth transition from agreement to operational readiness.


Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or lead generation roles, preferably in the beauty and wellness sector.
  • Proven track record in identifying, nurturing, and closing high-value franchise agreements.


Skills:

  • Strong prospecting, networking, and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities with a results-oriented approach.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with potential partners.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset to assess the suitability of franchise candidates.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
