Roles and Responsibilities:
Learn app updates and guide customers.
Phone / online Support + On site support ( whenever required )
Step-by-step instructions/guidance to New customers.
Understand nature of client issues and resolve them in timely and effectively.
Collaborate with teams for problem solving.
Offer generic guidance to client for simple tech queries on internet or computer fixes.
Offer best practice guideline to customer for optimises use of apps-erp.
Maintain accurate records and reporting of daily communications.
Report bugs
Preferred candidate profile:
Products - Software Sales for Cloud ERP based Apps.
Qualification: B.com BCA & Diploma in Computer graduates can apply
Fresher can also apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skill in Hindi/English.
