Job Summary:
The HR Specialist will focus on managing the performance review process and overseeing recruitment efforts. This role ensures effective performance evaluations and supports the hiring of top talent to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze employee performance data using established metrics and KPIs.
- Provide guidance on feedback delivery and development plans.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of employee performance evaluations and feedback.
- Ensure timely completion of evaluations and maintain performance records.
- Recruitment for open positions, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and manage the candidate experience.
- Handle job offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR
- Experience in performance management and recruitment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with HR software.
