Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Python programming to manage and lead the entire website development process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining all aspects of our website, both front-end and back-end. If you're passionate about creating high-quality, user-friendly web applications and enjoy full ownership of the web development process, we'd like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front-end Development:

Design, implement, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ReactJs.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure an exceptional user experience.

Optimize web applications for speed and responsiveness.

2. Back-end Development:

Develop and maintain server-side logic using Python and associated web frameworks such as Django or Flask.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end components.

Implement data storage solutions, including databases and data models.

3. Database Management:

Design and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.

Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.

4. Testing and Debugging:

Write clean and maintainable code.

Perform testing and debugging of web applications to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards.

5. Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and mentor junior developers.

6. Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve the development process.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Python.

. Proficiency in Python and web development frameworks such as Django or Flask.

. Strong front-end development skills with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular front-end libraries/frameworks (e.g., React).

. Experience with database systems, SQL, and data modeling.

. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.

. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Preferred Skills:

. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

. Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
