OptimSpace is seeking a Senior Full Stack Development Trainer to join our team on a freelance and remote basis. The trainer will deliver high-quality training and mentorship to aspiring developers. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience, with opportunities available in Pune, Noida, Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Hyderabad.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in full stack development, with a deep understanding of JavaScript, Node.js (Mandatory skills).
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS, with the ability to create visually appealing and responsive designs.
• Hands-on experience with React, capable of developing dynamic and user-friendly web applications.
• Thorough understanding of MongoDB and its use in building robust, scalable databases for web applications.
• Proficient in building RESTful APIs, enabling seamless integration of web services and applications.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, with the ability to guide teams in iterative development processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to trainees.
• Ability to inspire and motivate learners, fostering an engaging and productive learning environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on full stack development concepts and technologies.
• Design and create training materials, including presentations, tutorials, and hands-on exercises.
• Mentor and support trainees, providing feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure current and relevant training content.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees' understanding and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve training programs.
• Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide reports or feedback to the management team as needed.
