Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at OptimHire. As a Software Engineer - Ignition, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our Ignition platform. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. You will be based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and will work full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of the Ignition platform
• Proficiency in Python and Java
• Experience with iOT and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Familiarity with Rockwell software is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain the Ignition platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements
• Write clean and scalable code using Python and Java
