We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer to join our team at OptimHire, a global ecosystem that is revolutionizing the way people work. As a Senior Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that connect our systems and applications across the organization. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in system integration development, with a focus on designing and implementing integration solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Java and experience working with REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS integration services, such as Amazon S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Proficient in SQL and database management.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions that connect multiple systems and applications in a seamless manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to integration architecture, design, and processes.
• Perform system integration testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of integration solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to integration, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business processes.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices in integration development.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in the integration team.
