Job Overview

We are hiring a Scrum Master to join our team at OptimHire. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the agile development process and ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Scrum principles and practices
• Experience in facilitating Scrum meetings and ceremonies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire the team
• Knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT), AI, and Machine Learning is a plus
• Ability to understand and prioritize customer requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitate the agile development process and act as a servant leader for the team
• Guide and coach the team on Scrum principles and practices
• Organize and facilitate Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective
• Remove any impediments or obstacles that may prevent the team from achieving their sprint goals
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Support the team in estimating, planning, and delivering high-quality software increments
• Ensure the team understands and follows Agile and Scrum values, principles, and practices
