Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business One Functional Consultant to join our team at OptimHire. As a SAP Business One Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Business One ERP system for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP Business One.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a SAP Business One Functional Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Business One and its modules, including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production.
• Experience in conducting business blueprints, gathering requirements, and designing functional specifications.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP Business One using the built-in tools and SDK.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with SAP Business One.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Business One.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in SAP Business One is highly desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize the SAP Business One ERP system to meet client requirements.
• Analyze business processes and gather requirements from clients for system enhancements and optimizations.
• Create functional specifications and design documents for customizations and integrations.
• Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of the implemented solutions.
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to resolve system issues and answer user queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP Business One functionalities and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines in SAP Business One implementation and maintenance.
