Job Description: Backend Developer

Location: Chandigarh

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highly scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant backend services for the Dr Trust 360 app.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, UX, product management) to define and develop new features and enhancements.

• Optimize the application for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.

• Integrate the application with AWS services and ensure a seamless deployment process. Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Implement security best practices to ensure data privacy and protection against unauthorized ac

• Monitor application performance and address any issues or bottlenecks.

• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and suggest ways to apply them to the product.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience.

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

• Solid experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others.

• Proficiency in working with MongoDB.

• Knowledge of RESTful APis and microservices architecture. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.

• Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of the healthcare domain is a plus

• Manage and optimize MongoDB databases,ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
