Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Dialog Flow CX Engineer to join our team. As a Dialog Flow CX Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX. You will work closely with the development team to design, build, and test chatbots and virtual assistants that enhance our customers' experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Dialog Flow CX Engineer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Dialogflow and dialogflow CX
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and Java
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
• Proven track record in developing and deploying chatbot applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
