OptimHire, a global company with headquarters in Bangalore, is looking for a skilled Back End Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Back End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Back End Developer
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django
• Experience with GraphQL and FastAPI
• Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development
• Proficiency in Linux environment and containerization technologies like Docker
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the server-side logic of our web applications
• Collaborate with the Front End Developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Debug and solve complex technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
