Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team at Optimanage Software Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for our saas based software solutions in the business and hospitality sector. This is a full-time position located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications and Skills

  • - 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software industry
  • - Strong knowledge of sales operations and sales management
  • - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • - Experience in sales funnel optimization and online lead generation
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • - Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies

Roles and Responsibilities

  • - Generate new leads and prospects through various channels such as online lead generation, inbound lead generation, and networking
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
