Job Overview


We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions within our company. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and requires a junior-level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience. Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter
  • Experience in recruiting for technical positions (software development, IT services, etc.)
  • Knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools (job boards, social media, LinkedIn)
  • Familiarity with technical skills, programming languages, and IT industry terminology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and experience
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for technical positions within the company
  • Review job descriptions to understand the technical requirements and qualifications needed
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and recruitment strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking) to attract potential candidates
  • Conduct phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers
  • Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company
  • Manage the recruitment process, including candidate tracking and documentation
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting
