Shift timings : 1.00 p.m – 10.00 p.m (Mon-Fri) (Remote)

Responsibilities:

1. Statistical Analysis and Modelling:

• Conduct statistical analyses on large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights.
• Develop and implement predictive models using advanced statistical techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute statistical experiments.

2. Data Visualization:

• Create visually compelling and interpretable data visualisations using R and other relevant tools.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations.

3. Programming and Scripting

• Develop, maintain, and optimize R scripts and programs for data analysis and modelling purposes.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing codebase to ensure accurate and efficient results.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other team members to understand project requirements and goals.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and analyses to non-technical stakeholders.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough testing of statistical models and analyses to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Implement best practices for code review and version control.

Requirements:

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

2. Experience:

• Proven experience as an R Programming with a minimum of 5 years in data analysis and statistical modelling.
• Demonstrated expertise in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization using R.

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficient in R programming language and associated packages (dplyr, ggplot2, tidyr, etc.).
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with other programming languages (Python, SQL) is a plus. 

4. Communication Skills:

•  Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

5. Problem-solving Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
