Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 8 years of proven expertise to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and define business requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and objectives.
2. Conduct thorough business process analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
3. Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
4. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
6. Conduct impact analysis and assess potential risks to project timelines and deliverables.
7. Perform data analysis to support business decision-making, providing insights and recommendations.
8. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
9. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business analysis discipline.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Proficient in the use of business analysis tools and methodologies.
6. Experience working with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
7. Familiarity with data modeling and visualisation tools.
8. Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are highly desirable.
