Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role primarily involves field sales activities, focusing on generating leads, acquiring new clients, and promoting our products/services directly to customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting field sales visits to potential clients to promote company products/services.
2. Identifying and prospecting new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
5. Providing product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

9. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
10. Providing regular reports on sales activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market feedback.

Requirements:
