About the Role: Oversee real estate transactions and manage a team of Channel Partners

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage relationship with key channel partners and ensure top level of service

● Coordinating with partners and brokers for daily activities and coordinate with walkins for the Company’s projects

● Assisting the partners and brokers in ensuring that their marketing activities is as per the Company’s master strategy

● Achieving sales targets set out by the Company from time to time

● Generating referrals from partners and brokers in the effort of widening the Company’s partners and brokers network

● Take initiatives to engage with the lead pipeline on an ongoing basis ensuring a higher possible conversion rate

● Support teams in retention, grievances and the performance of properties onboarded to achieve growth and hit sales

targets

● Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

● Good in strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making

● Ability to execute and drive efficiency through continuous process improvement

● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.

● Strong in building and maintaining the relationship with channel partners

● Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.

Qualification and Experience:

● Master's degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in Real Estate/Sourcing.
