We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Investor Relations Specialist to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. As an Investor Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships between our company and its investors. The position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is open for remote work.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of funding mechanisms and investor relations
• Experience working with investors and managing investor relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and market data
• Proficiency in networking and maintaining professional relationships
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors
• Communicate effectively with investors to address their queries and provide necessary information
• Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows
• Prepare and distribute investor-related materials, including presentations, reports, and press releases
• Monitor and analyze market and industry trends, as well as competitor activities
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on investor sentiment and engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and marketing to ensure alignment in investor communications
• Stay current with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to investor relations
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's investor relations strategy
• Identify and explore potential funding opportunities
