Job Overview

Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years). The employment type for this role can be either full-time or contract-to-hire.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of customer support software and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues by providing accurate and efficient support
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide feedback to the product and development teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes
  • Meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer support


  • 27k - 29k per month CTC
  • 180 rupees per day TA for night shift (if any)


  • Men - day shift & night shift
  • Women - only day shift
  • 5.5 days a week
  • USA rotational shift
