Job Overview
Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years). The employment type for this role can be either full-time or contract-to-hire.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of customer support software and CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate and efficient support
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide feedback to the product and development teams to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes
- Meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer support
Renumeration
- 27k - 29k per month CTC
- 180 rupees per day TA for night shift (if any)
Shift
- Men - day shift & night shift
- Women - only day shift
- 5.5 days a week
- USA rotational shift
