We are looking for an experienced CAD customization Team leader responsible for the development of CAD applications.

Kolhapur or WFH

Requirements

·      8+ years of development experience in CAD customization

·      Need to have developed applications in multiple CAD packages like SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, NX, Solid Edge

etc.

·      Proficient in C#, C++ and .NET

·      Good understanding of application architecture, design patterns etc.

·      Deep knowledge of geometry, topology, and 3D mathematics

·      Experience in doing kernel level development with Parasolid, ACIS etc. will be a plus.

·      Strong problem-solving skills

·      Strong interpersonal communication skills

·      Good presentation and customer interaction skills

Responsibilities

·      Lead a talented team of developers to deliver projects in a timely fashion.

·      Interact with clients, understand requirements, and create effort estimates.

·      Develop high impact features.

·      Manage technical debt.

·      Optimize applications for performance and maintenance.

·      Hire and mentor junior team members.
