Key Responsibilities:


  • Set up meetings with potential partners and listen to their requirements and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with Partner sales team
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Ownership of complete sales cycle from prospecting to collections

Requirements and skills:


  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • A problem solver
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • MBA In Sales and Marketing a preference

EXPERIENCE:


  • Candidate should have at least 3- 4 years of experience in AV Partner Sales
  • Exposure in Product Presentation to B2B enterprise customer in the Delhi/NCR market
  • Exposure of handling AVSI Owners, Sales & Design Team
  • Skills, experience & knowledge of modern business methods and controls.

Work Location

In Office | Mumbai, Noida, Bangalore

Annual Compensation

Minimum Fixed Salary - INR₹800000

Maximum Fixed Salary -₹1200000
