PURPOSE OF THE ROLE- PMS/AIF – Client Servicing & Operation

KEY ACTIVITIES-

• Handling Client Documentation as per checklist to ensure Smooth Onboarding of AIF/PMS

• Ensuring compliance with SEBI Regulations while onboarding new clients

• Co-ordination with the sales RM for obtaining proper documentation from the investor

• Good command over written and verbal communication

• Proficient in Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint presentations, MS Word etc.

• Co-ordinating with Custodians to open Demat account

• Basic knowledge of KYC/KRA & World check

• Replying to Investor queries

• Sending various communication to Clients / Investors/Distributors

• Co-ordinating with R & T agent

• Knowledge of PMLA rules & FATCA, CRS
