Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Tender Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This full-time position will involve managing government project bidding and handling customer interactions on the GeM Portal, alongside various other responsibilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and understand legal frameworks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer handling experience in GeM Portal (Mandatory skill), showcasing proficiency in managing client relationships and portal navigation.
- Strong written communication skills essential for accurate and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in time management to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are prioritized effectively.
- Legal knowledge to comprehend and align with legal formalities in tender submissions and government projects.
- Female candidates preferred to promote diversity and inclusion within our team.
- Experience in government project bidding, emphasizing a deep understanding of project requirements and tender processes.
- Kannada speaking ability to facilitate better communication with local stakeholders and clients.
- Proven skills in bidding, capable of preparing competitive proposals that meet client expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the bidding process for government tenders and projects.
- Handle customer inquiries and requirements effectively on the GeM Portal.
