Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Sales Manager BDM to join our team in Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Ahmedabad locations. This Mid-Level, Full-Time position requires a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 9 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will excel in corporate sales management and will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic enterprise sales and client relationship management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in corporate sales management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in client relationship management, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to increased business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills with the capability to secure favorable deals and terms for the company.
- Hands-on experience in business development, including identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
- Ability to deliver effective product demonstrations that articulate technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Solid background in enterprise sales, understanding the complexities of large-scale B2B transactions.
- Experience in B2B sales, including the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
- Adept at client acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to attract and onboard new clients to expand the company's portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure advantageous terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Present and demonstrate the company's AV and integration solutions to potential clients, showcasing their benefits and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions according to client needs and preferences.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve outcomes and meet objectives.
- Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
