Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer with a minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in health insurance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our teams. This role will be based in Pune (Viman Nagar), offering a competitive salary of 10 LPA.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Certification in Training or Learning & Development preferred

WFH/WFO/Hybrid: WFO
Shift Timing: rotational shift
Working Days: Monday to saturday
Requirements:
Need immediate joiner.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Process Trainer in the health insurance domain
Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs
Strong understanding of health insurance processes and regulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees on health insurance processes, policies, and systems
Evaluate training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
Update and revise training content and materials as necessary to ensure relevance and accuracy
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals
Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers and trainees to enhance learning outcomes
Maintain training records and prepare progress reports for management
Technical Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
Technical Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of health insurance processes, regulations, and industry standards
Ability to grasp complex concepts and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design techniques

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
