Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented International Technical Support Executive to join our global team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skills, fluency in multiple languages, and a passion for delivering world-class support to our international clientele. As an International Technical Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds with their technical inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to international customers via phone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers in their preferred language(s) to understand their technical problems and provide accurate solutions.
- Research and identify solutions to resolve technical issues efficiently, considering cultural and regional differences.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures, adapting communication style to suit their level of technical expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, technical specifications, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
