As an International Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global clientele. Roles and Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phoneand email
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers on products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to relay customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of products and services.
Stay informed about international market conditions and cultural nuances relevant to customer interactions.
Requirements
· Fluency in English is typically required for international customer care roles. Additionally, proficiency in other languages relevant to the target customer base is a significant advantage.
· Previous experience in international customer service, preferably in a call center or customer care environment, is highly valued.
· Strong problem-solving abilities are essential for resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
· Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software is important for managing customer interactions and documenting information accurately.
· A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a customer-centric mindset are fundamental for success in this role.
· Depending on the nature of the business, having sales and upselling skills may be an additional asset for International Customer Care Executives.
