Position: Human Resource Internship

Location: Near Dwarka Mor Metro Station, West Delhi

Duration: 3-6 months

Stipend: INR 5000/ MONTH

Qualification: Graduates

Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company’s approach to payroll, recruiting, and employee development.

Role & responsibilities:

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
• Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
• Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Working: Monday-Friday (5 days)

Shift: 10am-6pm
