Key Responsibility Area
A) Training Program Coordination – 30%
· Coordinate with internal/external trainers, training agencies/vendors, Dev CoE’s, HRBP’s to plan and smoothly execute programs from the training calendar
· Ensure that session collateral is readily available to the trainers
· Collect feedback and attendance at the end of training sessions, and update the L&D dashboard
· Manage training room and AV room bookings
B) Reports – 20%
· Share the weekly learning dashboard and the monthly snapshot to the stakeholders. The learning dashboard should contain the following reports:
i. LinkedIn learning report
ii. Titan-U learning report
iii. Training feedback and attendance
iv. Company-wide learning report
v. Payment processing status
C) Processing external nominations – 10%
· Coordinating with external vendors and the finance team for processing payments for external nominations
· Reporting the status on a weekly basis via the dashboard
D) Online Compliance Course dashboard – 20%
· Learning Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports and analytics on learner progress, course completion rates, assessment outcomes, and other relevant learning metrics.
· Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to instructors and stakeholders to improve course effectiveness and learner outcomes.
· Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Collaborate with course instructors, subject matter experts, administrators, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, align goals, and ensure that the online course dashboard meets their needs and expectations.
E) Library Management – 20%
· Cataloguing and Classification: Develop effective in cataloguing and classification systems to accurately organize and describe library materials
· User Engagement: Engage with library users in a friendly and helpful manner, promoting library resources, services, and programs to increase user awareness and usage
· Create promotional materials: Design eye-catching posters, brochures, flyers, and digital content to highlight library offerings, upcoming events, and special collections
· Collaborate with stakeholders: Build partnerships with educational institutions, Vendors, employees’ and local libraries or any relevant stakeholders to procure books, magazine.
· Speaker Program Management: Organize and coordinate a diverse range of speakers, authors, experts, and presenters to deliver informative and engaging talks, workshops, and presentations at the library.
Skill Profile
· High proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· High proficiency in creating reports and dashboards
· High proficiency in making promotional material using Canva or any other online tools
· An outgoing and positive outlook, and high on social interaction
· An active interest in books and reading
· High proficiency in spoken and written English
