BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Job Role and Responsibilities

Ø  Responsible for achieving Individual Retail Liabilities Sales targets.

Ø  Responsible for generation of revenues through sales of Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Demat Accounts etc.

Ø  Manage business relations with existing customers to improve the Upsell & Cross sell business.

Ø  Organize various lead generation activities for the branch.

Ø  Record and track all leads through CRM system.

Requirements

1. Age: 21years to 28 Years.
2. Preference would be for the Male candidate from the surrounding areas of posting (15 kms radius is preferable).
3. Minimum graduation with 50% & above marks through regular Mode.
4. Should possess a Valid Driving License with a two wheeler.

Skills and Competencies

Ø  Good communication skill (both verbal and written) in both English and the local language.

Ø  Market knowledge.
