Responsibilities

➢ Responsible for Client Servicing and Business Development

➢ Responsible for doing client meetings and presentations

➢ Liasoning and follow-up with clients (brands) and developers

➢ Doing Market Survey and Market Research

➢ Making site visits with clients

➢ Ensuring smooth backend operations

➢ Managing a team of CRO’s & CRE’s

➢ Responsible for timely resolution of customers queries

➢ Proven skills in using and knowledge of internet

➢ Skills in Identifying and shortlisting properties online

➢ Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an added benefit

➢ Maintaining MIS and generating required reports

➢ Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Gmail)

➢ Strong communication skills (Written / Verbal)

➢ Knowledge of Gujarati Language (Read / Speak)
