We are seeking a Junior Bodyshop Advisor to join our team in Rajkot. This full-time role requires a proactive individual with up to 3 years of work experience in the automotive sector. As a Bodyshop Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle repair process, ensuring timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess automotive knowledge (Mandatory skill) to understand repair processes and advise customers accordingly.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer needs are met throughout the repair process.
  • Problem-solving ability to handle unexpected issues and provide optimal solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between customers, technicians, and management.
  • Proficient time management skills to schedule repairs and ensure timely delivery of services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers requiring bodyshop services, providing guidance and answering queries.
  • Coordinate with technicians to schedule and prioritize repair work, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repair estimates, and service orders.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after repair to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Handle all communication between the bodyshop, insurance companies, and customers regarding repair processes.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs and expected completion dates.
  • Ensure all repair work is billed accurately and payment is collected promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
