Designation: HR Executive / Recruitment Executive

• To recruit manpower as per Manpower Budget for smooth operation of Business Unit
• To drive employee referral programs & build employee referral data base
• Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
• Builds a strong business relationship with the internal stake holders.
• Provide suggestions to the Management oh hiring and terminations
• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary for back filling of attrition
• To ensure 100 % attendance in Training completion
• To Carry out on boarding & induction activities for new joiners
• To support HRBP in recruitment and retention activities

Experience: 1-3 Years

Qualification: MBA HR

Candidate from recruitment background and Hospital industry are preferable.

Hindi & English are must.
