JOB DESCRIPTION – CITY LEAD
Role Type: Field and Office Role involving Intracity Travel
Job Summary (Primary)
Understand and comply with the organization Code of conduct and Ethics policy.
Developing Annual Budget and Annual Operating Plan for the Branch/ City
Ensure that the Branch's/ City Revenue Targets, EBITDA are met as per the Budget Plan.
Responsible for Gross Margins, Breakeven, cost management and Profitability of the branch/ City
Sales Team Performance – Along with RSM Monitor and appraise the performance of the Sales Managers as applicable. Ensure parameters on external customer coverage 100%, frequency 90%, span (Drs, Nurses, Admin Heads) is met by the team
Assist Sales HOD in coordination with H.O., in preparing accurate 12 -month rolling sales forecast. Implement any strategic, prom
Run the Day-to-Day Operations of the branch / City smoothly and ensure timely escalation to the Corporate Office as and when it is needed
Visiting the patients as and when required and address the concerns with the Service.
Ensure timely Clinical Escalations to the Corporate Clinical team as and when required
Ensure best in class customer experience during on boarding and regular services.
Implement Continuous Quality Improvement Program as per the guidelines of QAI
Create collaborative, competent, self-sustaining teams and team members who are geared up to handle roles in the organization (Leadership Responsibility Functional development aspect)
Monitor competitors’ activities including expansion plan, territory reorganization, services, and promotion and provide fortnight feedback to Sales HODotional plans and the introduction of a new service line
