Roles and Responsibilities 

∙Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile  applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. 

∙Create complex dashboards and admin panels that are both functional and visually appealing. 

∙Develop corporate website designs that reflect the brand identity and meet client requirements. 

∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and other designers to ensure design feasibility and alignment 

with project goals. 

∙Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs. 

∙Define Information Architecture and create user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and mockups. 

∙Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, and eye-catching,  usable user interfaces. 

Desired Candidate Profile 

∙Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI design, specifically in a digital agency or IT services company. 

∙Proven experience in designing UI for web applications, mobile applications, complex dashboards, admin panels, and corporate websites. 

∙Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop and Illustrator) is a plus. 

∙Strong understanding of design standards, consistency, typography, iconography, color theory, style guides, accessibility, copyright, and brand compliance. 

∙Knowledge of design systems and component libraries. 

∙Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. 

∙Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

∙Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

∙Strong portfolio showcasing your UI design work.
