Roles and Responsibilities

· Setting & achieving Targets

· Team Management

· Manage the sales force and motivate them

· Develop new customers mainly to fall in key account category

· Maintain existing business with key customers & other customers.

· Order Negotiations & Execution

· Control & monitor Payment Collection team

· Attend & Handle customer complaint

· Preparation of monthly sales MIS report

· Sales Analysis report

· Analyses the Market & prices trend

· CRM

Responsible to manage walk-in customers & assist customer in exploring product catalogue and provide consultation in selection of products.

Responsible for studio business growth & generating B2B orders through client meetings.

    Retail Sales experience mandatory.
