Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with proficiency in Photoshop
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs and a solid understanding of design principles
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop
• Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media posts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the design requirements and develop creative concepts
• Design and optimize graphics for digital platforms including websites, emails, and social media
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different channels
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into the designs
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy and precision of the designs
