We are seeking a talented and passionate Female Design & Sales professional to join our Furniture Showroom team. This role requires a combination of creativity, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Design & Sales representative, you will be responsible for guiding customers in selecting and purchasing furniture products that align with their taste and needs. This is a full-time position based in our showroom located in Jalandhar. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the furniture industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for interior design and knowledge of furniture styles and trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing displays
• Proficient in using computer software and point-of-sale systems
• Fluent in English and any additional language is a plus
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing furniture products that meet their style preferences and budget
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
• Stay updated on the latest furniture trends and product knowledge
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
• Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships and generate repeat business
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing displays and arrange furniture in an attractive manner
• Manage inventory and ensure stock availability
• Process sales transactions accurately and provide necessary documentation
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom
