We are looking for an IELTS Counselor to join our team in Mahalpura. As an IELTS Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students preparing for the IELTS exam.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience in counseling or teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of the IELTS exam pattern and requirements
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide and counsel students on the IELTS exam process and requirements
• Assist students in choosing the right study material and resources for exam preparation
• Conduct mock tests and provide feedback on students' performance
• Identify areas of improvement and develop personalized study plans for students
• Monitor and track students' progress and provide regular updates to management
• Stay updated with the latest changes in the IELTS exam pattern and requirements
• Collaborate with other counselors and trainers to enhance students' learning experience
• Provide support and assistance during registration and exam booking process
• Maintain accurate records of student information and update databases
