Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Surat. This is a full-time junior position requiring 1-3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our IT solutions meet the highest quality standards before reaching the client.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the IT sector.
• Strong attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and defects in the products.
• Exceptional analytical thinking skills to assess the quality of the software effectively.
• Proven problem-solving ability to address issues promptly and efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and clients.

• Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records of test results and quality assessments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated tests to ensure software meets quality standards and project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during the testing process.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and design detailed test plans.
• Execute test cases and analyze the results to ensure the functionality and performance of the software.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Participate in review meetings to discuss findings and propose improvements.
• Consistently update testing procedures to reflect new industry standards and technologies.
• Assist in the continuous improvement processes by identifying and proposing improvements to existing procedures.
• Ensure that all testing activities are conducted according to established standards and guidelines.
