We are looking for a Zonal Sales Head - North Chemical position at our client place based at Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed the sales targets within the North zone.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, provide guidance and support as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the chemical industry.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop pricing strategies and product positioning.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the North zone.
• Travel within the assigned region to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct business meetings.

Qualifications and Skills



• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in sales and marketing of chemical products.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
