• Read and interpret blueprints to execute welding projects accurately
• Ensure welding equipment is properly set up and maintained for high-quality welding outcomes
• Inspect finished welds to meet quality standards and specifications
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times during welding processes

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder or similar role
• Proficient in TIG welding techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precise welding results
• Excellent knowledge of safety procedures and practices in welding environments
