Job Overview:-

The Surface Grinding Operator is responsible for operating surface grinding machines to produce precision metal and non-metal components. This is a full-time position based in our Gurgaon location. We are seeking candidates with hands-on experience in grinding operations who are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications and Skills:-

• Proven experience as a surface grinding operator with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of surface grinding operations, including setup, operation, and maintenance of grinding machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent manual dexterity and mechanical skills for operating machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality and precision in work.
• Must have good communication skills for coordinating with the team and reporting issues.
• Understanding of safety protocols and ability to adhere to safety standards.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Operate surface grinding machines to produce precision metal and non-metal components.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain grinding machines to ensure the machinery functions accurately and efficiently.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, diagrams, and technical procedures to meet production specifications.
• Measure and examine completed products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and address any operational issues.
• Document production details and machine operations accurately for reporting and analysis purposes.
