We are looking Mid-Level Supervisor - Machine Shop position with 4 to 6 years of experience at out client place based at Gurgaon (Haryana) with Competitive salary range.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee machine shop operations i.e. CNC, VMC, Milling etc.
• Manage and lead a team of machine operators
• Manage the team of around 40 operators.
• Have to manage the Machine i.e. CNC, VMC programming.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine repairs and maintenance
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and productivity

Qualifications and Skills

• Required 4-6 years of experience in machine shop supervision
• Strong understanding of machine operations and tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control measures
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
